I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and from Southern Connecticut State University in 2015 with a master’s degree in general psychology. Prior to enrolling in VCU’s clinical psychology doctoral program in 2017, I worked in the Substance Abuse Treatment Unit at Yale University for one year and the PRIME Center at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System for two years. My primary research interests are on the biopsychosocial factors influencing sleep and the impact of sleep on mood and neurocognitive functioning.
